Our goal is to spay and neuter free-roaming community cats in Montgomery County and select areas in Parke County in an effort to lower intake numbers in our shelters and rescues. Good Samaritans are already feeding and providing shelter from the elements, but most never go that crucial extra step to spay and neuter in an effort to stop the reproduction cycle. Cats Limited was created to both educate and help shoulder the burden of these compassionate ‘caretakers’.
