United Way’s VITA Program offers free income tax assistance to eligible community members with the help of members of the community who certify with the IRS to prepare taxes as volunteers.

Returns are done BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. In-person appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling or texting our appointment line at 765-362-5484.

Your scheduled appointment hours will be on either Tuesday or Thursday 9:15a-3:30p or Friday 9:15a-12 noon. You will meet in-person with a VITA representative at the United Way in Montgomery County office at 221 E. Main Street on the 2nd floor of the First Financial Bank.
